Racetrack (赛道) is a triptych of illustrations that visualizes the perspectives of Dr. Zhilong Qian on the present and future of education in China.
These illustrations were displayed at the Beijing World Art Museum as part of the 'Songs of the Earth - Artistic Documentary for a Better China' exhibition in February-March 2023.
After three weeks of research and discussions, the illustrations were developed under a tight production timeline. The goal is to stimulate the audience's contemplation of current education while sparking their imagination about the possibilities for the future of education. These artworks showcase a successful cross-disciplinary collaboration between the artist and educator.
